Telehealth: Professional Counseling From Your Home
I'm licensed in North Carolina and registered for telehealth in South Carolina (SC License #2320), which means I can meet with clients across both states without anyone leaving home. Telehealth sessions are private, encrypted, and every bit as effective as in-person work for most issues.
If you're in a more rural community, have a busy schedule, or simply prefer the privacy of meeting from home, telehealth is a genuine option - not a lesser substitute.

I provide integrative counseling rooted in both biblical principles and research-backed therapeutic methods. I don't use a one-size-fits-all approach - every client gets a plan built around their specific history, goals, and values. If faith is central to your life, we'll bring it into the room. If you'd prefer a purely clinical approach, that works too.
I'm an Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), a member of AAMFT, and verified on Psychology Today. I accept BlueCross BlueShield, Aetna, and UnitedHealthcare, and I offer a free 15-minute consultation, so there's no risk in reaching out.
